Start by ensuring the sensor surface is clean and free of dust or moisture. Check that your device has adequate lighting and is running the latest firmware version. For fingerprint issues, verify finger placement and contact with the unit’s bezel. Dry fingers can reduce the clarity of fingerprint captures, so adding a small amount of moisture, like rubbing fingertips together or using a damp cloth, can help produce a more accurate scan. For facial or iris capture, confirm proper distance and alignment. If problems persist, restart the device and try again. If it still doesn’t work, contact your system provider.
